ORIGIN

Our origin begins at the distillery in charge of the production of Estoico Indigo, which has more than 180 years of history, where the meticulous artisanal processes that give our tequila its unique and special flavor are still preserved to this day.

The process begins with the baking of the agaves in stone ovens for approximately 36 hours of cooking, continuing in railway boilers, which have a history of more than 100 years. All our tequilas are fermented with mother yeast, which allows us to preserve the biotic agents responsible for composing our flavor. Each of them is distilled in copper stills of the highest quality to finish the process of resting in American white oak barrels.

INTERNATIONAL LEGACY

Our expert master tequila makers develop exclusive products taking care of the purity of the agave flavor, since we produce tequila in small batches that increase the quality of the product.

Even before its release to the public, it received international recognition from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.

With Stoico Indigo you can find experiences that motivate everyone to transcend the soul, freeing us from territorial, ideological, cultural, generational and mental barriers. We strive to preserve the elements that give identity to our stoic origin and strategically place our products in the most important culinary scene in Mexico and internationally.

We produce in the Tequila region of Mexico. Because of this, the tequilana weber blue agave from which we make our distillate retains its neutral agave flavor. We respect the essence of the product and recognize the historical epicenter of tequila.
